Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We use Canada Post for all Canadian and USA addresses. Please note: Canada Post will not deliver to PO Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use UPS Expedited service only for all International shipments. Some International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
Due to the personal hygiene nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately to make arrangements for a return and refund.
CONDITIONS
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Item must be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
